Q: What kind of fees do I should pay?
The payment contains membership fee and service fee. We collect membership fee by year according to the different types of membership, and collect service fee by month according to the different kinds of service.

Q: When do you collect the membership fee?
K: We collect it after signing the normal agreement. The member cost will be returned wholly with the condition of Part A not sending a satisfied homemaker once in a month.

Q:What is the difference between the pre-estimated service cost and the actual service cost?
K: According to the agreement, we will collect pre-estimated service cost by month within 7 days after the homemaker begins to work. For example, the service staff begins her work on March 1, and the pre-estimated service cost will be collected before March 7.
The actual service cost is the service cost which the staff deserve (in accordance with the amount of the work in Affirmation Form of Employment) , it will be collect within 7days when a month service is finished ( calculate from the first actual service ) . For example, the service staff begins to work on March 1, and the actual service will collected before April 7 .The actual service cost means the fee from March 1 to March 31. Then we will collect the fee before 7 of every month.
The pre-estimated service cost collecting last month will become the one of this month. When the agreement expires, we would not collect the actual service cost any more and settle your account from the pre-estimated cost, and finally pay the more back and collect the fee for deficiency.

Q: How much do I pay if the workdays of actuality and prescription in agreement are inconsistent?
K: (1)The service cost would be taken out correspondingly if there is a reduction of actual work days due to the service staff (If being absent for more than 3 days, the service would be changed, which is your right, and we will arrange another one).
For example: 30 days one month averagely, seven days one week, there is 4.285 weeks in a month (30/7 = 4.285). If the service staff work for 7 hours one day and 5 days a week, the service cost is 1280 yuan. The total work days of one month are 21.425 days (4.285 week * 5 days = 21.425 days) .For one day' absence, the actual service cost is 1220.25 yuan (1280 yuan - 1280 yuan/21.425 days = 1220.25 yuan, and in intellectual service it is counted by actual working hours * price per hour)
(2)he service is paused due to your needs, the service cost would be taken out in less than 2 days. If the same staff ' service is still needed after your pausing it for more than 2 days in a month, you should pay 50% fees for retention. On the contrary, no pay for no retention, and we arrange another staff quickly.

Q: Why do you collect the pre-estimated service cost within 7 days after the staff begins to work.
K:(1) Within 7days after the staff begins to work, you could confirm whether you are satisfied with her or his service. The pre- estimated service cost is like reservation cost, so we do not permit her or him to go for another interview. But during the time of the availability for the agreement, if you are not satisfied with her or him, you can tell me for changing, that is your right.

(2) Collecting the pre-estimated service cost offer you the convenience of payment. Of course, you are so busy and time is limited, so in order to prevent from influence the quality, we try this way of payment.

(3)The pre-estimated service cost is not for a whole month, we collect them a week later, so in fact we collect the 3weeks fee ahead of time.

(4)When the last month service is finished, we would not collect the actual service cost any more and settle your account from the pre-estimated cost, and finally pay the more back and collect the fee for the deficiency.

(5)Moreover, when talking about the intellectual service, we learn that the schools in society are always collecting the fee of one terms (5 months), they do not care whether you have lessons, furthermore, money is never got back.
